Technically, I think 100% of Americans have some sort of restriction on whom they may marry (e.g., not closely-related, above a certain age, etc.).
Technically, true, I suppose, but I think only 80 percent have laws specifically created for this purpose without being for the protection of one or both of the parties involved.
